At ComputersBazar, we aim to deliver your electronic products — including computers, printers, monitors, and other devices — safely and promptly to your doorstep. All our orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India using Shiprocket’s wide network of courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, DTDC, and others.
For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped via Shiprocket, you will receive:

6. Packaging
All products are securely packed using tamper-proof and protective materials to avoid damage during transit. Fragile items (like monitors and printers) are handled with extra care.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your package is:

Incorrect product delivered
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Steps to follow:

Take photos/videos of the package and the item

Contact our support team via phone or email

Do not throw away the original packaging
We will initiate a claim or replacement process through Shiprocket.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change the delivery address after placing the order:

Contact us within 6 hours

Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible
9. Failed Deliveries / Re-attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Incorrect address

Customer unavailable

Phone unreachable
Shiprocket may attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the item will be returned to origin (RTO). Re-delivery charges (if any) must be borne by the customer.
