1. No Cancellations or Refunds

Once an order is placed and confirmed, no cancellations or refunds are entertained under any circumstances.

Please ensure that you review your order details, product specifications, and shipping information carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we do allow replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is physically damaged

  • The product is defective or not working

  • You received the wrong item

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the item and outer packaging

  • Keep all original packaging and invoice intact

If your claim is approved after inspection, a replacement unit will be shipped. Refunds are not provided even in these cases—only replacements are offered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used electronic devices

  • Software licenses or digital products

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer-side installation

4. Warranty Claims

Most products sold by ComputersBazar come with a manufacturer warranty. For any issues beyond the return window, customers are advised to contact the brand's service center directly.

We are happy to assist in guiding you to the correct support channel but are not responsible for service delays or decisions made by manufacturers.
